Meet Bernie the Attorney
Attorney Bernard T. Loughran Jr. builds upon his 40-year career as an attorney, following in his dad’s footsteps. He has worked tirelessly to serve his clients.
He has grown the practice to service clients’ varying needs and provide that personal touch.
Bernie earned his B.A. from Providence College and his J.D. from Boston College Law School. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the West Suburban Bar Association (past president), and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys presently. He is also a Corporator and Trustee of Watertown Savings Bank.
For 40 years, his practice has focused in the areas of Worker’s Compensation, involving all work-related injuries and related benefits including third-party claims, Accidental Disability Retirement and Social Security law, as well as estate planning involving wills and trusts, and estate administration, elder law, probate and real estate sales. He enjoys assisting his injured clients with their legal issues as well as older clients who are interested in planning for their families and protecting their assets.

Meet the Team

Attorney Steven E. Andaloro has been with Loughran & Corbett for 25 years. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. He is a member of the Cambridge, Arlington, Belmont, and West Suburban Bar Associations. Steve was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts in 1997.
Steve specializes in Probate, Elder Law, including MassHealth eligibility issues and Civil Litigation. He is well known and respected as a knowledgeable, articulate, and talented advocate in the probate court and in the legal community at large.

Attorney Kenneth J. Leitner, Jr. started working for Loughran & Corbett in 1992 after graduating from law school in Georgia.
He received his B.S. from Boston College in 1987, and his J.D. from the University of Georgia Law School in 1992. Ken was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1992 and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association.
Ken’s areas of concentration are Real Estate, Civil Litigation, and Land Use and Zoning

Attorney Abigail M. Ananian acquired her love of law from her dad, Sheldon Ananian, a revered attorney from Belmont, MA. She earned her B.S. from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, where she was awarded a full athletic scholarship to play Division I lacrosse. She joined Loughran & Corbett in 2024 after receiving her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, where she graduated from the Accelerated Evening program while working full time. Abby is a great team player.

Debra Boyajian has been with the firm for 49 years. She has performed, and continues in, multiple roles for the company. She started her career at Loughran & Corbett as a legal assistant, progressed to paralegal, and now serves as the firm administrator handling human resources, bookkeeping, and accounting matters. Debbie keeps the company on track.
Debbie grew up in Watertown and moved to Waltham in 1974. After graduating from Watertown High School ’72, she attended Middlesex Community College ’74 where she received an A.S. Degree in Legal Secretarial Studies. She joined the firm in 1976. The times and the technology may change, but Debbie remains a constant, even as she evolves as a professional.
She has been a member of the Watertown Rotary Club for 29 years and is active in St. James Armenian church.

Nola joins the firm as the point person for Attorney Ken Leitner, supporting his high-volume real estate transactions and matters of varying complexity, as well as preparation for meetings before various Zoning Boards. Nola’s background is in healthcare administration, where she was responsible for front of house operations such as patient interaction and scheduling, as well as document management and organization, all while maintaining strict privacy standards. She is a highly organized individual, there is never a paper out of place in her office. She has a temperament that is perfect for a busy law practice, interfacing daily with various state and municipal employees, as well as all of Ken’s clients. A Cambridge native, she moved to Watertown with her family when she was young, and still lives locally.

Kate Entis is the face of the firm. She is the first person you see when you visit our office. She comes to Loughran & Corbett by way of Great Falls, Virginia after earning her B.A. in political science from Fordham University in May 2024. She learned about law as a legal intern at an Estate Planning firm in Fairfax, Virginia. This internship began her particular interest in Estate Planning, which also became her favorite part about working at Loughran & Corbett. Because of her legal work in both states, Kate is a Notary Public in Virginia and in Massachusetts.
